Chef on the Run specializes in freshly made meals. Each week our team of Chefs prepare seven entree meal choices for our customers. Each selection contains the finest ingredients and is made fresh in our own kitchen. We are committed to producing freshly made meals prepared according to the Canada Food Guide.
With nutrition in mind we prepare complete, healthy meals covering all the essential food groups. Our entrees include your choice of Mashed Potato, Scalloped Potato, Roasted Potato, Rice or Linguine & choice of two fresh vegetables: Broccoli, Carrots, Cauliflower, Corn, Peas, Green Beans, Spaghetti Squash, Vegetable Medley, Winter Mix, Yams, Beets, Red Cabbage or Brussel Sprouts.
